Capturing the Heart - Teton Motors

Some projects push you outside your comfort zone in the best way possible. My trip to Jackson Hole, WY, to work with Teton Motors, a family-owned dealership, was exactly that—an incredible experience of storytelling, connection, and capturing the essence of a business built on trust and community.

Teton Motors was ready for a social media rebrand, and they wanted more than just photos. They wanted to tell their story—who they are, what they do, and why their customers trust them. Over two full days, I immersed myself in every part of their business, capturing:

Authentic team moments—meeting every staff member and seeing their passion firsthand.
Every department in action—from sales to service, making sure no part of their story was left out.
Candid interviews with the owners—learning about the dealership’s rich history and its deep roots in the Jackson Hole community.

One of the biggest challenges? Managing a brand from across the country. How do you stay connected to a company’s culture and message when you're not there every day? The answer: by truly understanding the people behind it. Spending time with the Teton Motors team gave me insight beyond the surface, allowing me to craft content that genuinely reflects who they are.

The best part? The conversations. Sitting down with employees, hearing their stories, and seeing their dedication—it made me realize just how much heart goes into this business. Teton Motors isn’t just about selling cars; it’s about building relationships, and I’m honored to help showcase that.

Now, from miles away, I get to continue telling their story, running their social media with the same passion I felt while standing in their showroom. This is what brand photography and storytelling are all about—capturing the moments that matter and making sure they’re seen.
